Supporting current and future Golden Bears

We are honored to be able to pay tribute to William “Bill” Benn and we know that the student success fund named in his honor will help current and future students who might be in the same financial situation that Bill experienced as a student. Donations will help current and future Golden Bears complete a degree at Tech, making them Golden Bear alumni. Bill had to take a hiatus from his studies as a civil engineer at Tech due to financial concerns which forced him to enlist in the U.S. Marines. Bill tragically lost his life in Vietnam where he was killed in action on June 6, 1969.

Have an impact

This is who you're helping.

WVU Tech students who earn scholarships are feeling the impact of your gifts in the classroom, in the lab, in the field and in the community. Because of supporters like you, they're chasing down their dream careers and making a difference in the places where they live and work.
